Great Xmas experience, amazing food and friendly staff

Spending Xmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. The food was second to none, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff were super friendly and always eager to help. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it offered easy access to key locations and there was always plenty of activities to do. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, which made us feel right at home.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The fitness facilities were limited, which was a little disappointing. Also, the internet connection was poor and the signal was weak, which made it difficult for us to stay connected with our friends and family back home. Nonetheless, the staff made every effort to assist us with the internet issue, although it was not completely resolved. we had a great experience at this hotel.

The location amidst the mountains is magnificent, a perfect place to escape from the hustle-bustle of busy cities. The hotel facilities are marvellous, and the cleanliness is commendable. The breakfast served was lovely and had a decent variety of food items. Moreover, the staff was highly courteous and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During our stay, my family and I enjoyed the tranquility of an isolated location surrounded by mountains. The rooms were spacious and clean, while the service was attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was well-varied and satisfying, with enough options to suit all tastes. we appreciated the Jacuzzi and sauna which provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of skiing.

The outdoor facilities were a bit confusing, and we were unable to discover the location of the outdoor sauna and Jacuzzi mentioned in a previous review.

Wow! What a trip! The location of the hotel was exactly what we were looking for: secluded, quiet and picturesque. The view of the mountains was stunning, and the rooms were cozy and nice. We loved the fact that breakfast was included and it was really good. , the value for money was unbeatable. We definitely got more than we paid for.

The indoor sauna was a bit too hot and we couldn't change the temperature. , we had some trouble with the Wi-Fi in the common areas, as it only worked on the first floor.
